Henry Hinde School Uniform

At Henry Hinde School, we believe a smart, simple and affordable uniform helps every child feel part of our community. Our uniform policy is designed to be fully inclusive, cost‑effective and easy for families to access. As stated in our policy, we are “firmly committed to the principle that no pupil should be discouraged from attending or fully participating in school life due to the cost of a uniform.”

To keep costs low, we follow the national “3‑Item Cap” and require only two branded items:

A navy sweatshirt or cardigan with the school logo
A light blue polo shirt with the school logo

All other items—such as grey trousers, skirts, shorts, dresses, and PE kit—can be purchased from any supermarket or high‑street retailer. We also encourage sustainability through our second‑hand uniform scheme, where families can donate or request good‑quality pre‑loved items.
